On 30 June 2025, a constructive monitoring meeting was held at the ETC Uni Graz to review the progress of the FreeAc project, with participation from FreeAc project coordinator Lisa Heschl and project manager Svitlana Andreichenko. Representatives from OeAD, Veronika Kulaga and Gertraud Kücher, facilitated the meeting.

The discussion highlighted the significant achievements made so far and outlined clear next steps to ensure the continued successful implementation of the project. It was noted that the project has had a positive impact on promoting academic freedom, and the strong collaboration among all partners was emphasized as a key factor in its success.
